Introducing The Helm x Coco and Breezy

With the help of an all-female film crew, we launched our Coco and Breezy capsule collection which you can shop—along with everything they are wearing—below.

By Lindsey Taylor Wood, Founder & CEO

In April of 2018, I had the good fortune of meeting eyewear designers, DJs, and producers Coco and Breezy. Over the course of one (equal pay-themed) dinner, a friendship was forged; one rooted in our shared commitment to equity, inclusivity, and the sorts of artistry that underpin both. In the weeks and months since that first meeting, our friendship has grown, as has the desire to collaborate. Which is why there was zero question that when we launched The Helm’s first capsule collection, Coco and Breezy should be our first partner. We hope you enjoy the glasses (inspired by feminist icon Gloria Steinem), as well as shopping each of the labels the two wore during our shoot. We also hope you’ll enjoy reading our interview with them, as well as about each of the exemplary female-founded companies—from the studio to the caterer to the filmmakers and crew—that made this day possible below.
